BEVAN COURT

Following the sale of their large family house our clients came to us for a full renovation of this apartment which had been rented out for many years. They asked us to reimagine the floor-plan and to provide a design which they would be happy to use for part of the year for many years to come. Working alongside our building team we designed a series of spaces which were sophisticated and intentional.

Our initial planning realised the need for a separate Utility Room, an eat-in Kitchen, work area and of course substantial storage.

Working collaboratively we delivered an elegant home which reflected our clients' beautiful art, which was met with delight on all sides.
